Step1:-Download MSI AFTERBURNER   for free from here https://www.msi.com/Landing/afterburner Step2:-Go to settings. step3:-go to the monitoring tab. Step3:-now scroll down and find framerates. Step4:-now  click on screen overlay option. Step3:-now click on apply then click on ok. I got this once and I got a solution too and want to share it with you too.  Follow the steps given below Step1:- Turn on your phone and open the google play store.                                                                  Step2:-search for android system webview. step3:-now update the app and now try to update chrome. Now my problem was solved by doing this if your problem didn't so try to remove cache data of android system web view and chrome. now be happy and safe 😀.
